How to Purchase

Terms & Conditions!

Please contact me if you see a piece of jewellery you would like to purchase.

I have the following guidelines for customers when purchasing.

• Order via the contact form on the website, info@krogholm.com.au, the yellow letter you see at the top right side on every page or go to my facebook page where you can see prices and Item Nos. on jewellery not displayed at a gallery.
• Payment via Direct Debit or PayPal. The Account will be advised by return e-mail confirmation.
• Postage not included in price. Pick up possible by appointment.
• Jewellery box included in price
• Full refund within 7 days if the Item does not live up to your expectations.
  Return postage is at own expense.
• Custom orders are non-refundable
• Postage/return postage is only refunded if the Item is faulty.
• Returned Items will only be accepted if I have been contacted first informing me of your name, description of item and a reason.
• Items must be returned in original packaging incl. the jewellery box.
• Damaged Items will not be refunded.
• Shipment will be as soon as possible and will depend on what gallery the bough piece is exhibited at.
• Payment plan available
