Lene Krogholm design and handcraft unique jewellery in Sterling Silver and occasionally includes Semi-precious stones in her design.
To ensure the artistic angle isn't lost she only creates one of each design so no two pieces of jewellery are identical. This means she is constantly looking for inspiration. Sometimes this is an easy task where the vision of a piece of jewellery simply shows itself to her, when she is lying in the hammock and closes her eyes, not really knowing where the idea came from. Other times it is evenings of research on the internet looking at other jewellery and drawings of animals, trees and humans. Or maybe the idea comes during a walk on the beach with her dog where the waves are making pretty patterns in the sand.
The customers Lene usually work with appreciate craft and art. They are proud to be wearing something not everyone else has since this resembles their uniqueness and personality. Her work is internationally recognized and even though the majority of her customers are Australians pieces are regularly being shipped overseas.
Lene herself is a great lover of arts and love when things and people stand out from the crowd. Living in Dunsborough in the Margaret River Wine Region of Western Australia she has a wide opportunity to enjoy her passion for arts, gourmet food, wine and the beach.
